I offer manual lymph drainage, lymphoedema and lipoedema treatments, Bach Flower remedies, aromatherapy, therapeutic massage, reflexology and ear coning.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, UK (AoR) and MLDUK, a professional organisation of manual lymph drainage practitioners.
A brief description of the treatments:
Aromatherapy: massage using aromatic essential oils to relax, rejuvenate and help heal body, mind and spirit.
Therapeutic Massage: deeper massage working on muscles and tendons.
Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder method): an extremely gentle skin technique working only on the much under-estimated lymphatic system.
Lymphoedema and Lipoedema advice & therapy: specialized treatment and advice to help reduce the size and discomfort of swollen limbs and/or body.Bach Flower remedies: the gentle use of these remedies helps balance our emotional states and allows us to move forward in life.
Reflexology: an ancient art of healing by restoring balance and harmony by working on the feet (or hands).Ear Coning: alleviates pressure headaches, sinus and ear canal discomfort.
These help my clients achieve deeper levels of
relaxation, well-being and balance.
